SALE POLICY
By sending the online order, the Customer sends Narrafood srl a purchase proposal for the product and/or products included in the cart. When the Customer places an online order for the products he has placed in the cart, he agrees to purchase them at the price and terms indicated in these General Conditions of Sale. In particular, Narrafood srl will not accept orders: if the material, at the time of order is not available in stock and/or if the Customer cannot or does not want to pay using credit cards (Paypal). It is possible to place an order both through the website www.narrateworld.com at the prices and conditions indicated therein and through authorized resellers.
REFUND AN RETURN POLICY
Narrafood srl has specified on the site to indicate at the time of checkout the precise details of the recipient if different from the card holder, i.e. the person who carried out the transaction. We do not exercise the right to refund if the above is not complied with.
